AGM - 2023

The OOAA AGM will be taking place on Wednesday June 21st at 7:00pm. The AGM will be hosted by an independent 3rd party.

Registration instructions (Registration is NOW CLOSED)

• Please enter your name as the parent when it asks for a first and last name
• You can enter more than one players name on the player line if you have multiple players in OOAA
• You can select more than one team from the team selection list if you have multiple players in OOAA 

Registration for the AGM will close 72 hours prior to the AGM. 

The link to access the AGM will be emailed out to registered members prior to June 21st.

Nominations (NOW CLOSED):

If you are interested in serving on the board in a volunteer capacity please refer to the OOAA website to complete a nomination form and submit it to Rob Ellis at rellis@okotokshockey.com.

All nominations must be received by OOAA 10 days prior to the AGM as per our bylaws

Registrants will receive a link to the meeting prior to the AGM.

On Wednesday June 21st 7pm we will have our AGM.    As per our bylaws - members that are interested in serving as potential board members can submit their names for various positions up to 10 days prior to the AGM.

Within 10 days of the AGM, nominations are closed.  We will accept nominations on the floor for any open positions.

The following positions are open for nominations:

U17AAA Division Director - 1 year term

Directors at large, 2 openings - 1 year term
